Radu has used Java technologies since Java was first introduced. Most recently Radu was part of the original development team at Extensibility, a leading provider of XML solutions, which was acquired by TIBCO Software, Inc. in September 2000. Extensibility was named one of the top 100 emerging companies by Computerworld in 2000. At Extensibility Radu lead the development of a number of client and client-server applications. Radu is the author of the industry standard schema documentation tool, SchemaDOCTM. He was responsible for the technologies behind partnerships with Microsoft and other software vendors. Previously, Radu developed J2EE applications at UNC Hospitals, John Deere, and various consulting clients.
Radu holds a BS with honors from North Carolina State University.

Mihai Jurca - Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, Mihai is responsible for the sound foundation of all the projects we work on. Before joining EloquentiX Mihai was research engineer in the INRIA research group AxIS where he developed Web usage mining tools and recommender systems using Case Base Reasoning technologies. He also worked with clustering algorithms. Prior to INRIA Mihai wrote the Optsol report generator that was a precursor to the reporting technologies found today in such products as Crystal Reports. Among other things Mihai is passionate about snowboarding, canyonering, and surfing.
Mihai holds a Masters from University of Timisoara.

Alin Vilcu - Design Guru

Alin brings a wide breath of experience from Java to Flash and such archaic technologies as Visual Basic. Alin's current passions include interactive web application using Flash and Javascript. To our dismay Alin is a fan of Steaua Bucharest Fotbal Club.

Dorel Vaida - Architect

Dorel is passionate about lightweight middle ware such as Spring/Hivemind, Hibernate, rich remote clients, AOP, and component oriented web tier frameworks. He is active on many discussion forums sharing our experiences to lead to better open source products. When not coding Dorel is happy make good use of his recently acquired driver's license.
